Within Reinsurance Accounting Operations, we have the responsibility to implement and/or manage smaller and midsized automatization solutions for our daily Accounting and Claims Handling processes of the NonLife business. Included in this task is also the optimization and modernization of the quality assurance of our produced data.
Your job
● Be a part of various global automation
initiatives in the reinsurance accounting unit
focusing on quality assurance and business process
automation
● Analysis of reinsurance data from SAP and
the data lake, mainly using SQL and R
● Visualization of datasets in tools such as
the Microsoft Power Platform or R Shiny
● Supporting the setup and migration of
cloud solutions
● Collaborating with colleagues from our
international offices on a regular basis
Your profile
● Pursuing a degree (Bachelor, Master) in
information technology, computer science, data
science, business analytics, physics, mathematics
or equivalent studies
● Knowledge of SQL and R, ideally also the R
Shiny package
● Prior experience with Microsoft Power
Platform is an advantage
● Knowledge of working with databases and
cloud applications (Azure)
● Motivated, enthusiastic, positive and
proactive attitude with team spirit
● Ability to grasp new topics quickly
● Very good command of written and spoken
English
